When prices of rice began to drop 7 years ago, Mike Fruge, known for rice and crawfish farming, started looking at other ideas for his rice crops. He decided to try his hand at distilling spirits. He focused on bringing something different to the market, creating a 100% rice whiskey that provides unique and bold flavors, using 100% American rice grown right on their farm.
